The Swan at Hay is a truly delightful wedding venue on the border of Herefordshire and Powys. A beautiful grade II listed Georgian hotel, full of elegance and charm, every couple will have the day they have always dreamed of. Amy and her team will work with her experienced and dedicated team to look after you on the day, while chef Harry Mackintosh and his team will provide delicious food made from the best local produce. We strive to ensure that your guests enjoy themselves as much as you do. 

We are licensed to hold civil ceremonies and can cater for small intimate wedding breakfasts up to larger parties with up to 120 guests, with extra room for evening parties. We have 17 en-suite bedrooms, where you and your guests will be able to have a good night's sleep and catch up over breakfast the next morning.
